Shipping overview

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Order processing time

Most orders are processed within 1 business day.

During high-volume periods (product launches, promotions, peak holiday windows), processing may take slightly longer. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated if timing changes.

Domestic shipping (United States)

  • Cost: Free shipping on all orders

  • Transit time: Typically 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier conditions

  • Carriers: We ship using UPS  (carrier selection may vary based on package size and destination)

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after label creation.

Address accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or returned to sender.

If you notice an address issue after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at customers@controlfreakcoffee.com. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Shipping to PO boxes and APO/FPO (optional)

We do not ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
If we do: PO boxes typically ship via USPS. Transit times may vary.

Delivery issues and lost packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can’t locate it:

  1. Check around your delivery location and with neighbors/building staff.

  2. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

  3. If you still can’t find it, email us at customers@controlfreakcoffee.com within 3 days of the delivery date and we’ll help troubleshoot.

For packages that are lost in transit (tracking stops moving for an extended period), contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact customers@controlfreakcoffee.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
